Submit a Dispute
If you have found inaccurate information ScoreMyCash shared with a lender during the credit decision process, you may submit a dispute via this portal or by mail to:

Your dispute must be in writing and include all of the following:

Your full name, social security number, address, email, phone number and the lender name

The inquiry date and a ScoreMyCash reference ID

A description of the specific information that is inaccurate and documentation showing why the information is inaccurate
