Your Privacy Matters

We receive consumer financial information, such as bank transaction data, from lenders and other financial institutions. We use this information to create credit scores and analytics tools that lenders rely on when making lending decisions.  

 

What we do not do: 

• We do not sell or share your individual transaction data with marketers or other non‑affiliated companies for their own purposes.  

• We do not allow third parties to use your personal data for advertising or unrelated marketing.  

 

What we do:  

• We use consumer financial information to develop credit scoring models and underwriting tools.  

• We provide these tools to lenders so they can evaluate credit applications and manage risk in compliance with federal law.  

 

Your Right to Opt Out
Federal law (the Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act) gives you the right to limit certain sharing of your personal financial information.  

 

If youprefer that we not use your personal financial information in the development of our analytics products you may opt out at any time.

Once you opt out, we will exclude your information from future data sets used to build our analytics products. Your choice will remain in effect unless you tell us otherwise.

• We may still use or disclose your information as required by law, to service providers under contract, or for other legally permitted purposes.  

• Opting out will not affect your existing relationship with your lender, but it may affect whether your data contributes to the development of certain credit scoring models.
